What’s a Modular Rooflight System?
A modular rooflight system links individual fixed, opening and walk-on units side by side to create a continuous glazed area. Each unit is manufactured and delivered independently, simplifying transportation and reducing crane requirements on site. Assembly uses a push-and-fix process with a waterproof top plate and robust gasket system across all junctions.
The EOS97 modular system is suitable for residential extensions, commercial developments and new-build schemes where a large daylighting aperture is required — with no practical upper limit on the number of modules within a single installation.

Unmatched Energy Efficiency
The EOS97 modular rooflight achieves independently certified U-values of 1.23 W/m²K (double-glazed) and 0.84 W/m²K (triple-glazed with 97mm insulated upstand) — meeting and exceeding the requirements of Approved Document L. Performance certificates for double and triple-glazed configurations are available to download for specification and building control submissions.

Attention to detail, without compromising on design
For fixed-only modular configurations, slim aluminium or glass fins are used at the junction, with options for powder-coating in any RAL colour to suit the interior finish specification.
Junction engineering — thermal performance at every connection
The EOS97 opening modular system addresses this with a proprietary thermally broken support bar at each junction point, a waterproof top plate that channels water away from the joint, and a continuous gasket system tested to EN 12207 (air permeability) and EN 12208 (watertightness).
Specification support — from brief to installation
EOS works directly with architects, contractors and specialist glazing installers from initial specification through to site completion. Our in-house technical team provides DWG drawings, PDF details, NBS product clauses and performance certificates — everything needed to support a complete specification submission.
For complex modular installations, we offer pre-tender design consultations and can produce site-specific installation drawings on request.
