The EOS97 flat rooflight range puts safety and security at the fore, benefiting from a market leadging glass specification coupled with a clean, minimalistic finish both inside and out.
We currently stock 5 off-the-shelf sizes plus an additional insulated upstands. Lead times for standard products are 5-7 working days.

Simple Installation
Our fixed rooflight range has been designed with simple installation in mind and each unit is supplied pre-glazed ready for installation. Due to the high specification of the glass, considerations must be made on how to safely lift your rooflight.
For great ease our upstands are designed to make your rooflight installation hassle-free, regardless of the roof pitch or type. Choose from our flat upstands, ideal for roofs with shallow pitches ranging from 5 to 15 degrees, or our sloped upstands, which facilitate water runoff on flat roofs. Additionally, we offer two height options, 150mm or 300mm, specifically designed for warm roofs with insulation build-up of up to 150mm. Your safety is paramount to us at EOS, and this commitment to safety drives our entire product range. The glass within our rooflights includes an 6mm toughened outer pane and a option to upgrade to 8.8mm laminate inner unit.

How do the Sizes Work?
The EOS97 flat rooflight is designed to fit your internal structural opening perfectly, with the external dimensions extending 200mm beyond. Please be aware that this is based on using our part L compliant 100mm insulated EOS upstand. For other upstand build-up depths, on-site construction may pose challenges. Opting for our EOS97 flat rooflight with the EOS upstand ensures compliance and hassle-free installation. Trust EOS for precision, quality, and peace of mind.

Ensure Building Regulation Compliance with Our Rooflight Upstands. At EOS, we understand the significance of adhering to building regulations when it comes to rooflights. Our rooflight upstands are meticulously designed to meet the stringent requirements of Part L regulations.
Our upstands achieve a minimum u-value of 0.35W/(m2·K), as mandated by the new Part L thermal building regulations. By choosing our insulated upstands, you can confidently meet the energy efficiency standards while enhancing the performance and aesthetics of your rooflight installation.
Glass Specification
Our fixed rooflights are supplied with double glazed super low ’e’ coated units with argon filled cavities.
Our standard glass specification is:
- 30mm (or 32mm) double glazed unit.
- 6mm toughened outer pane,
- 16mm argon filled cavity
- 8.8mm optional clear laminated inner pane.
- Black Banding optional
